When considering taking a vitamin or supplement, the options and variety can be overwhelming. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, I have tried many different supplements to incorporate into my daily workout routine and diet in search of the "perfect" combination of vitamins and minerals to maximize my results. 


Food alone is not always sufficient, mainly because the nutritional content of food depends on where it is grown, when it was harvested, and the amount of soil depletion in which food is farmed.
